Candidates for Moran City offices may file with their City Clerk or
the County Clerk. If the City Clerk accepts the forms and fees,
both shall be remitted to the County Clerk within three (3) days of
the filing. Upon receipt of the filing, the County Clerk shall
verify the filing.
No candidate shall be permitted to withdraw from
candidacy after the filing deadline
(January 27, 2008 at 12 noon)
The County Clerk's Office shall forward a copy of
each candidate’s forms to the Kansas
Commission on Governmental Standards and Conduct.
