eRecording allows title companies, law firms and financial institutions involved in real estate transactions to submit documents electronically for recording. eRecorded documents are returned faster because there is no waiting to receive them back through the mail. eRecorded documents are processed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. Submit by 4:00 p.m. to ensure same-day recording.
